Currently CdmModule is a singleton running in the CDM service (utility) process. But we rely on the fact that ServiceManager will run each mojo service instance in it's own process. In theory, the system could be configured in a way where multiple mojo service instances run in the same process, then this model will not work.

We should evaluate whether it makes sense to have a CdmModule object owned by each MediaService instance, and pass it down to the CDM.
