Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/61.0.3163.79 Chrome/61.0.3163.79 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Press ctrl+Shift+Del 2. Select all options 3. Click "Clear Browsing Data" What is the expected behavior? Cookies are cleared What went wrong? Cookies remain even after restart Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.79 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0
