Fix color managed CreateImageBitmap from OffscreenCanvas layout tests

Color managed CreateImageBitmap from OffscreenCanvas layout tests do not use the
passed canvas color space and canvas pixel format when creating the offscreen
context 2d. This change fixes this issue.
