What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open one of the websites
2.with the mouse positioned inside the website, use the mouse wheel to scroll down the page

What is the expected result?
Page should scroll down

What happens instead of that?
Page doesn't scroll down

if the mouse is positioned on the chrome sidebar, scroll using mouse wheel works... (See attachment)
On a pc with chrome 60 everything worked fine; as soon as chrome auto-updated itself all 3 websites stopped scrolling
