UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/60.0.3112.113 Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. hardware accelleration off (on pc where no accelleration possible)
2. use google maps
3. moving within the card is not possible any more

What is the expected behavior?
Use older PC / netbook with no hardware accelleration for screen. Seems that switch "use hardwareaccelleration" can not be switched of . Not possible to use google mapswith this version. using therefore 60.0.3112.113 ubuntu which works perfectly. Version 61.0.3163.79 ubuntu works well on mycomputers that can use hardware accelleration. 

What went wrong?
After update to 61.0.3163.79: Cannot use google maps with 61.0.3163.79 on computers without Hardware accelleration, though switched off. reinstalled older version 60.0.3112.113!
