Horizontal scrollbar

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Display jsp vue
2.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The horizontal scroll appears

Did this work before? Yes latest version previous update 61.0.3163.100

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Not presents in canary

Scroll bar appears in 61.0.3163.100 (not in previous version)

No Scroll bar in Canary (63.0.3223.8)

Able to reproduce the issue on the latest stable(61.0.3163.91) on Windows-10 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. This seems to be fixed on the latest canary(63.0.3225.0), latest dev(63.0.3223.8) and the latest beta( 62.0.3202.29).The issue is not seen on Mac 10.12.6 with chrome version(62.0.3202.0)


Reverse bisect to identify the CL that fixed this.

You are probably looking for a change made after 501490 (known good), but no later than 501132 (first known bad).
