[Password Manager] Password selector width should be restricted

1. Visit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:CreateAccount&returnto=Main+Page
2. Type something to all password fields. One of values should be very long, say, 100 characters. 

Expected: 
Username field and password selector in the prompt should have reasonable width.

Actual:
Username field in the prompt is very narrow. The password selector takes all space. See attached picture.

The bug is fixed due to the new layout.
