What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings > click on 'open a specific page...' > Use current pages
(2)Click on edit button of any link and change url or enter invalid url,Now navigate to about:inducebrowsercrashforrealz
(3)Click on chrome icon to launch and click on "open startup pages" button from restore session bubble and observe. 

Actual: Previously saved url appears after clicking on "open startup pages" button from restore session bubble.

Expected: Edited or changed url should appear after clicking on "open startup pages" button from restore session bubble.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M58' series i.e 58.0.3029.0

Note: Issue not seen on Linux OS.
