Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.93.955.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Today I update the macOS system to the latest version,I find google translation window appears in a wrong location 2. I test a page is https://nodejs.org/api/buffer.html 3. When you pull the page down and cross the line, the translation window does not appear, and when you scroll the page to the top, you will find the translation window here. What is the expected behavior? Google translation window appears in a correct location What went wrong?
