Can you get a crash report id? https://www.chromium.org/for-testers/bug-reporting-guidelines/reporting-crash-bug

Is the crash specific to a particular printer? If so, what's the printer model / driver?

Comment 3 by uzu...@gmail.com, Sep 27 2017

I have reproduced the problem on my system Windows 8, when try to open settings for driver "Xerox WC 4118 Series PCL 6". For another drivers the settings open without crashing. The crash report id is 2c49b5e683352b97.

Thanks, so it looks like a crash in wc4118u.dll, which is part of a printer driver. The version on the file is 3.1.99.12. That's all the info we have.

If you don't use the system print dialog, and print to this Xerox printer through print preview, does that crash as well?

Looking on http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-4118/downloads/ - the drivers for this printer are fairly old. I see there also exists a more modern Xerox Global Print Driver. Is that driver compatible with your printer?

When I don't use system print dialog and have print through print preview,
the chrome doesn`t crash.

I will notify our system administrator about the Xerox Global Print driver,
may be it`s compatible with our printer.

Unfortunately the Xerox Global print driver is not compatible with our
wc4118.

Thanks for your help.
