Regression : Text label is not seen while dragging it to search field in chrome://history page.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history/syncedTabs
2. Now double click on image on history page and drag any tab (chrome history,Tabs from other devices,clear browsing data) to 'Search history' search field,observe

Actual: Text label is not seen while dragging it to search field
Expected: Text label should be seen while dragging it to search field

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 54’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:54.0.2811.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 54.0.2811.0 (Revision: 408554).
Bad build: 54.0.2813.0 (Revision: 408833).

You are probably looking for a change made after 408571 (known good), but no lat
er than 408572 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
