Button Command + v Commantd + C Command + z Can not be used

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. When i chat, or write content i can't use Command button Command C or Commant V

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac OS X 10.13.0(High Sierra) using chrome reported version #61.0.3163.100 and latest canary #63.0.3223.8.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Opened hangouts.google.com and started typing.
2. Copied the content using Command C and pasted in a textedit using Command V.
3. Observed that Command C and Command V worked without ant issues.

Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #63.0.3223.8 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

Retried the issue again and unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac OS 10.12.6 using the latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and Canary 63.0.3223.8.

Able to copy/paste text using Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V without any issues while chatting on Hangouts.

Requesting someone from 'Blink>DataTransfer' team to please look into this issue and help in further triaging.

nguyenhuycuong2000@:Could you please find the attached screencast and confirm if anything is missed from our end.
Also check whether this happens only in hangouts or in other places like omnibox,emails..and let us know your observations.

From your video,i think it looks working fine when you are using mouse/touch-pad controls to copy/paste.
