Able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 7 using chrome reported version #61.0.3163.100 and #63.0.3233.0 This is a Non-Regression issue as it is observed from M-55 chrome builds. Hence, marking it as Untriaged for further update from dev team. Thanks...!!

Hello, We recommend using Chrome with a native screen reader such as JAWS or NVDA on Windows or ChromeVox on Chrome OS. Please let me know if you can reproduce this bug in one of those scenarios. Thanks, Laura
