Description:
customer having issue with the short link found on settings to manage other resources in the Admin console however when they go to the short link on a browser, they get the error message "this goo.gl shortlink has been disabled. It was found to be violating our Terms of Service." 

TIMEFRAME ISSUE STARTED: - 
- started last week (Friday) 
AFFECTED USERS/GROUP/OU: - only one specific device affected 

Steps to reproduce:
1. On the home screen ( where you start joining Hangouts ) 
2. Select Settings 
3. On the lower part of the screen there is a short link that takes you to the admin console if types in a browser 

Current Behavior / Reproduction: 
 - error message displayed: " URL Shortener <https://goo.gl/> 
*https://goo.gl/kQkXFp <https://goo.gl/kQkXFp>* – this goo.gl shortlink has 
been disabled. It was found to be violating our Terms of Service. Click here

Expected Behavior: 
-the shortlink should take you to the device's information in the admin console
