Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3219.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.pdf995.com/samples/pdf.pdf Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to the Settings page and disable "Ask where to save each file before downloading" 2. Open http://www.pdf995.com/samples/pdf.pdf 3. Click download button when the file is loaded inside the browser What is the expected behavior? Browser is everytime asking where to save a file. What went wrong? When you set your default folder to save files, the browser should't ask where to save. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3219.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This function isn't working on Windows and Linux, but it's working on Mac.

@hdodda-- yes, you reproduced the problem. At the top I reported that this is working on Mac, but I asked my friend about it and he tested it from Google Drive by mistake, but it isn't same situation of course. So on Mac is the same result as you recorded. You can now consider, would you respect the setting in your build-in PDF viewer extension or it should be behaving like this.
