Flash Content on Chrome 61 doesn't allow Microphone & Camera Use

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open website with Flash Content (e.g.: http://chat.bigone1.net) 
(2) Flash is being loaded but Chrome suppresses use of Mic &  Camera

What is the expected result?

If Flash is loaded mic & cam use should work. 

Works fine with 59.0.3071.115
