Chrome OS BLE Peripheral Mode

Hi there,
I would like to write a ChromeOS App that behaves as BLE Peripheral device by using ChromeOS Native BLE API (Not Web-Bluetooth API). 

I create a service with chrome.bluetoothLowEnergy.createService function and characteristics for this service with chrome.bluetoothLowEnergy.createCharacteristic function. However, my iOS App can not find service and characteristics I created.

Does ChromeOS 61 Beta supports Peripheral mode fully? If so, can you please give me a hand what may I am doing wrong?
