Issue descriptionChrome version: 63.0.3223.0 569732c0a96ec8d0c4c5df7f7012188696c7d37c-refs/heads/master@{#503964}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows 10(Touch device). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch Chrome and navigate to "Chrome web store"(https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=en-US). 2.Tap touch on scrollbar, try to scroll and observe. Actual Result: Scrollbar doesn't get dragged. Expected Result: Scrollbar should get dragged. This is Regression Issue broken in M-61 and and Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build: 61.0.3136.0(Revision:480666) Bad Build: 61.0.3137.0(Revision:481056) You are probably looking for a change made after 480802 (known good), but no later than 480803 (first known bad). vineetha.sarma@etouch.net, can you please check today's canary and see if this is fixed? I think this may be the same bug as https://crbug.com/767908 but I'm having trouble reproducing this on my Win10 box.

@pdr : Checked the issue on today's canary version: 63.0.3227.0 on Windows 10 touch machine and the issue is reproducible. On touch machine the scroll works when you tap on the page and try to scroll, but the issue is when we try to tap and hold on the scroll (on RHS) and drag it , it does not scroll. Thank you.

vineetha.sarma@: I just tested on a win10 that has a touch screen, and I can repro this bug on stable (61.0.3163.100) but fixed on canary (64.0.3247.0). I will close this bug, please re-open if you find the bug is still reproducible. |
