Unwanted line is seen over Sent Mail text.

Chrome Version: 63.0.3223.0 (Official Build) 569732c0a96ec8d0c4c5df7f7012188696c7d37c-refs/heads/master@{#503964}(64-bit)

OS: MAC(10.13-TouchBar)

Pre-Condition: Log in to Gmail with valid credentials.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Launch chrome, navigate to gmail inbox.
2.  Click on Gmail in top left corner and press tab 3 times and observe.

Actual Result: Unwanted line is seen on Sent Mail text.
Expected Result: ‘ Unwanted line should note be seen on Sent Mail text.

Note: Above issue is not seen on Firefox.

I set up my G-mail with the same theme (Lake Tahoe) and was able to reproduce. This is working correctly. The blue line that appears indicates that the mailbox list has scrolled up such that one or more items are not longer fully visible.
