Issue descriptionIn cleaning up computing visual overflow for LayoutNG, a logically correct fix can compute 1px less when negative letter-spacing is applied, only on Mac. This needs further investigation. Add 1px buffer for now. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/666500
