What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and go to chrome://welcome/?variant=everywhere
2. Now zoom in the page to 125% or above and observe the text 'Google' on page.

Text 'Google' gets hide on zoom in the page.
Text 'Google' should not get hide on zoom in the page.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-56 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 56.0.2890.0 
Bad build: 56.0.2891.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 425477 (known good), but no later than 425478 (first known bad).
