What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load https://playframework.com/ and scroll down slowly. 
(2) Notice the huge (many thousands of pixels tall) white area at the bottom of the page.
(3) If it doesn't appear refresh and try again.

What is the expected result?

Page should only be as tall as the content.

What happens instead?

It seems like there's some kind of layout bug where the scroll height is calculated as being super tall.
