Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9765.70.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.101 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9765.70.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cyan Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Do not touch device while signed in and device is in laptop configuration 2. Screen turns off 3. Try to turn back on by touching keybpad or touchpad 4. Screen will not turn on, device unresponsive What is the expected behavior? Screen turns on to allow return to normal use. What went wrong? LED indicators both remain solid blue. During sleep mode after closing lid, left LED will normally change to flashing orange. It does not seem that the device is actually entering sleep mode. Cannot wake up Chromebook by any method, including tapping or long pressing power key. Only solution is a hardware reset (refresh+power). Did this work before? Yes Previous beta Chrome version: 61.0.3163.101 Channel: beta OS Version: 9765.70.0 Flash Version: 27.0.0.130 CBC TC
