Issue descriptionCL in question: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/#/c/chromiumos/overlays/chromiumos-overlay/+/666124/ Caused failures in AndroidMetadata stage which were classified, incorrectly, as infra failure, causing the CL to get continuously retried. We probably shouldn't classify these as infra failure.
