Google experiments collection dropdown completely broken on all browsers

Issue description

Chrome Version : 60.0.3112.113
URL : https://experiments.withgoogle.com/submit
Behavior in Safari 4.x/5.x: Same problem
Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x: Same problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://experiments.withgoogle.com/submit
(2) Try to use the 'Collection' dropdown
(3) Cry as you realize your experiment will never be seen

mystpan1@ : Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac-10.12.6, Windows-7,Windows-10 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using chrome latest stable #61.0.3163.100 & on canary #63.0.3235.0. 

Followed steps :

1)Navigated to  https://experiments.withgoogle.com/submit
2) Tried to use the 'Collection' dropdown -> able to view the drop down options successfully 

mystpan1@ :Could you please check the Issue on latest stable version #61.0.3163.100 or on Canary #63.0.3235.0 .If issue is still observed please provide us detailed repro Steps,Actual and Expected results to reproduce the Issue from TE end.

Sadly you're a bit too late, this bug was fixed a few weeks before your reply.
This was because I posted this bug in a few other locations just to be sure.

If you need proof that this was actually a bug, I'm sure you guys have caches of the page from beforehand. At the time of my original post I can guarantee this bug existed. I'm not lying.
