Zoom in lack in google sheets

Device name:huawei p9

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:62.0
Operating system:nougat

URLs (if applicable):google sheets

Steps to reproduce:
(1)open any google sheet in desktop view
(2)try pinch to zoom
(3)fail (!!!!)

Expected result:need zoom back, not the half-way solution with zoom option from toolbar, which doesn't allow to move the viewport and to zoom more thab 200%!


Actual result:no zoom

Able to reproduce the issue in Android. Unable to zoom in the sheets using pinch to zoom
Steps Followed
1. Started Chrome
2. Navigated to sheets in desktop view
3. Tried pinch to zoom and was not successful.

Chrome versions tested
60.0.3112.116, 62.0.3202.29

OS
Android 4.4.4 8.0.0, 

Android Devices
4.4.4: C6902 Build/14.4.A.0.108, 8.0.0 Pixel Build/OPR1. 170623.027.

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M59.

Issue is seen in M63 as well.

Chrome is WAI since Sheets sets `touch-action: none` on the body so they're handling all touches. (They likely also preventDefault the touches since Accessibility's Force Enable Zoom feature doesn't help).

This is a bug with Google Sheets. Please file a bug with Sheets using "Help>Report a Problem"
