Zoomtext 11.6 beta doesn't work with Chrome 61

Project Member Reported by nek...@chromium.org, Sep 23 2017

Issue description

@Laura, please assign back to any of us in the CC line, when you have confirmed this bug and we'll figure out who will take it on.
Marking as P0 since this appears to break the upcoming version of Zoomtext which should be released shortly.

Chrome Version: 61
OS: Win

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Zoomtext 11.6 private beta.
2. Open Chrome 61 and navigate to any site.
3. Notice that magnification, text reading and cursor tracking don't work.
4. Start Chrome with the "--force-renderer-accessibility" command line flag.
5. Notice that the above features start working again.

Possible cause:
When the above command line flag is not specified, accessibility APIs in Chrome are off by default.
They are turned on automatically when a screen reader / magnifier, or another assistive aid, is detected.
For some reason, Zoomtext 11.6 beta is not detected, contrary to earlier versions of Zoomtext.

ZoomText 11.6.112.410
Windows 10 Enterprise Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393.1593

Hi Nektarios,

I am unable to reproduce this issue. I am able to use magnification, text reading, and cursor tracking in Chrome 61 with and without using the "--force-renderer-accessibility" command line flag.

I navigated around the homepage and drive without issue.

Thanks,

Laura
