ModemManager: obtain manufacturer information from USB descriptor for MBIM modems

Issue description

In the current implementation, ModemManager sets 'Manufacturer' property to the plugin name for MBIM modems. Many MBIM modems use the 'generic' plugin, so the 'Manufacturer' property is always set to 'Generic'. Instead, ModemManager can try obtaining the manufacturer information through the 'manufacturer' USB string descriptor.
