[Mac] Collect Dock and .dmg launch stats

Chrome Mac should collect the following info at launch time:

* If it's present in the Dock
* If it's launched from a .dmg

Tying into the DefaultBrowser.State UMA metric, the new histogram buckets would be:

- does not reside in the dock at launch
- resides in the dock at launch
- resides on a .dmg at launch
- resides on a .dmg and in the dock at launch

[Mac] Collect Dock and .dmg launch stats

Collects stats about Chrome residing in the Dock and/or on a .dmg at
launch time, and records them to the DefaultBrowser.State UMA stat.
