Talkback announcements for add banner and toast |

Issue descriptionIn the new streamlined flow, talkback doesn't announce the banner or the subsequent toast for the banner flow. (It does announce the dialog and the toast when you add from the menu.)

Hm, the issue I had was when the banner is triggered originally (when you tap the "install" button in the content area.) When I tap that, the focus remains on the content area even as the banner comes up. Do you see the same? (And were you seeing the toast announced already, or did you just add that?)

No, I didn't change anything to make it announce, the video is the current behavior. I clicked the "install" button to trigger the banner too, and before I click the "add" button, it first focus on the content of the banner. After choosing the "add" button, the focus is on the button. Clicking the button, it announce "Adding air horner" twice.
