Issue descriptionExample: https://viceroy.corp.google.com/chromeos/suite_details?job_id=144051048 https://pantheon.corp.google.com/storage/browser/chromeos-autotest-results/144051087-chromeos-test/chromeos2-row8-rack7-host11/debug Test finished in time, but job then timed out collecting a whole bunch of run_oci crash dumps. (contributing factor here is that ssh seemed to be slow Still, these run_oci crashes should be fixed.
