Have a root user in my device, i never rooted

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome search
2. Have flags installed
3. Not allow to install the clean up tool

What is the expected behavior?
Lost permisions of apps and data 

What went wrong?
Remote user wiht root privileges(zigote atack)

Did this work before? Yes Lg l7.
