second tab opens with message: This site can’t be reached--disable-features%3Dloadingwithmojo’s server DNS address could not be found. Search Google for disable features loading mojo ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 60.0.3112.113
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.clicking a web link in an email
2.
3.

What is the expected result?
2 windows open one with the correct site and a second tab with the following message: This site can’t be reached

--disable-features%3Dloadingwithmojo’s server DNS address could not be found.
Search Google for disable features loading mojo
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

What happens instead of that?

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #61.0.3163.100. Observed able to open the links from email as expected. Can you try changing the setting of chrome://flags/#enable-mojo-loading and see if that helps ?

joann.mcnaughton@ Please upgrade your browser to latest stable #61.0.3163.100 and recheck for this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions, if issue still persists please check the same on chrome latest canary and reply to this comment.
