Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to select text in block using mouse dragging, holding left button What is the expected behavior? Text selects well corresponding to cursor position. What went wrong? It selects from the end of the line. See the attached gifs. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.91 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: I tested this in chrome and opera - works the same way in both browsers. And in other engine browsers it works correctly.

Unable to reproduce this issue on 61.0.3163.91 using Windows 7 with steps mentioned below. Navigated to wikipedia.com and selected text using mouse drag , holding left button. @Reporter: Could you please provide sample file on which you are seeing this issue and could you also check this on fresh profile which has no extensions and apps. Thanks!
