Cursor position is wrong around image in content editable div

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open fiddle - http://jsfiddle.net/7nc5mox5/
2. Try to put cursor on the right side of the image

What is the expected behavior?
Cursor should be on the right side of the image

What went wrong?
Cursor is on the left side of the image

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

This is working fine in other browsers (IE/Edge/Mozzila).

Tested this issue on Windows 10 using chrome reported version#60.0.3112.113 ,stable#61.0.3163.100 & Canary#63.0.3223.0. Observed that we are unable to place cursor on the right side of the image with mouse click.

Note:
Able to place cursor on the right side of the image with keyboard (right arrow keys)

Please find the attached screen cast for reference & confirm is this the same issue you are facing?
