Issue descriptionChrome Version: 63.0.3222.0 (Official Build)7754c77f5af465147885e57c6ba7fc4e9095d842- refs/heads/master@{#503582}(64-bit) OS: Mac(10.12.6). Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome, go to chrome://cache, click and open one link. 2.Open task manager from wrench menu and end process for the tab. 3.Reload the killed tab and observe. Actual Result: Page remains blank on refresh. Expected Result: Page should not be blank and should display proper data This is Regression issue broken in ‘M-63’ and below is the per-revision bisect result: Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build: 63.0.3216.0(Revision:502109) Bad Build: 63.0.3217.0(Revision:502454) You are probably looking for a change made after 502250 (known good), but no later than 502251 (first known bad). I just sync'd to repro this and it does not reproduce locally as of revision 504714. I suspect some of the recent fixes for PlzNavigate might have fixed this. I'll poke a bit more at it.

I tried bisecting around, but can't actually repro the failure from the video. There is https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/667405, which fixes more or less the same issue, but reverting it locally still didn't reproduce the issue shown in the videos. I think it is safe to mark as fixed, but it will be good if someone can verify whether the fix for issue 764641 did indeed fix this as well. I'll therefore assign it to the original reporter for verification.
