Chrome uses 100% of the CPU on 2012r2 RDS server

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Chrome
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
That chrome would work correctly.

What went wrong?
Randomly, chrome will shoot up to using 100% CPU and cause their remote desktop session to freeze. On occasion, it makes it so that I cannot even log in to end the process, meaning I have to reboot the VM

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 61.0.3163.91, 
latest stable #61.0.3163.100 and  latest Canary#63.0.3235.0 on windows 10
with the steps mentioned below.
1. Installed chrome remote desktop extension[https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chrome-remote-desktop/gbchcmhmhahfdphkhkmpfmihenigjmpp?hl=en]
2. Shared the desktop with another device for some time.
3. No 100% CPU was consumed and system doesn't freeze or no issue is seen.

@Reporter:Could you please check this issue by upgrading  chrome to latest stable M61-61.0.3163.100 or by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
