Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.29 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open a window in full screen (macos) 2. open multiple tabs 3. What is the expected behavior? for the tab strip to show each tab What went wrong? tabstrip is blanked Did this work before? Yes 61 beta. current beta and previous it didnt work Chrome version: 62.0.3202.29 Channel: beta OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version: any chrome profile and private browsing seems to fail the same way. running MacOS Sierra stable

to add a bit of detail. if the window is already open, it doesnt happen. if you drag a tab out of a windows and make it fullscreen, this issue happens

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12.6 on chrome Beta version 62.0.3202.29 and also in current canary version #63.0.3223.0 Issue is broken in M62. Bisect Info: =========== Good build : 62.0.3186.0, Revision Range -494273 Bad build : 62.0.3187.0, Revision Range -494644 After executing the per-revision bisect script , i got the following CL's between good and bad build versions =========================================== https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/b19e47c1f362bd042d2d2985a39d906683d36f33..ec48b797b4081fac96bc33a4f0bfd281bfb3c682 From the above CL suspecting the below change --------------------------- https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/ec48b797b4081fac96bc33a4f0bfd281bfb3c682 sdy@- Could you please look into this issue, if it's related to your change? if not could you please help us to reassign this issue to the right owner.
