Non-Regression: Close 'X' icon is not working in bookmyshow.com for Touch-screen devices

Chrome Version:63.0.3218.0/9963.0.0 dev-channel Candy,Minnie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,Open https://in.bookmyshow.com/
(2)On top-right corner,go to 'SELECT A REGION' >> ALL CITIES and click on 'X' icon of the overlay opened and Observe(kindly refer video)

Actual:On clicking on X icon, the overlay doesn't get closed
Expected:Instead,it should get closed

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-55

Note: 
1.Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS 
2.It works fine for devices like Daisy,Peppy..which doesn't have Touch-screen

This seems to be a bug on the website. They remove the click event listeners from the dismiss icon if they detect that the device is a touch device. Thus the click has no effect, and only a tap works. We should inform the developers for in.bookmyshow.com or leave as is.
