Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3220.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Press F12 - open network tab 2. Load a page 3. Scroll to bottom What is the expected behavior? I can scroll all the way down to see last line of requests What went wrong? Scroller is at the end before the end of data or the statusline is hiding it Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 63.0.3220.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce this issue on 63.0.3220.0 dev and on latest canary 63.0.3223.8 using Windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 using steps mentioned below. 1.Launched chrome and opened devtools. Switched to network tab 2.Recorded Network activity by reloading page. 3.Scrolled to bottom and observed no overlapping of status line. Attaching screencast for reference. @Reporter: Could you please let us know if we missed any steps from our end and try Restore defaults and reload devtools from settings and update the behavior. Yes, I have my console at the bottom of the screen Google Chrome is up to date Version 63.0.3223.8 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

mplungjan@ Thanks for the feedback. Re-tried the issue again on Windows 7, Mac OS 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using the latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and Canary 63.0.3223.8 and unable to reproduce the issue. Tested the issue by docking the console to all the sides of the screen and can observe no issues. Please find the attached screen shot for the same. Requesting someone from 'Platform>DevTools>Network' team to please look into this issue and help in further triaging. Thanks..

Hi I also get it on the side. I cannot move the scrollbar all the way to the bottom. Could it be some plugin I have you do not have? Adblocker etc?

I have witnessed this, it has to do with some crazy rounding issues. I have a patch to fix it, but not sure when it'll land.
