Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the main.html file with chrome 61
2. drag the image to desktop

What is the expected behavior?
all the image can be dragged to desktop

What went wrong?
1.  first image(svg) can't drag to the desktop
2.  but in chrome 56 , svg image can be dragged to desktop
