Missing space on Media Capture notifications

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://permission.site 
2. Click on "Camera"
3. Grant permission
4. See notification

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The text isn't properly formatted: an space is missing between the 2 phrases.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.98  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 7.1.1

Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue in Android. Able see the spaces between the 2 phrases.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched Browser
2. Navigated to https://permission.site.
3. Clicked on camera and click on allow 
Observed that notifications displaying with spaces.

Chrome versions tested:
61.0.3163.98
63.0.3214.0

OS:
Android 7.1.2

Android Devices:
7.1.2 Pixel XL Build/N2G48E

@alculquicondor: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, please provide the device details & screen shot/cast of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
