We should alert if any datapoint on /chrome/infra/cr_audit_commits/audited comes in with a value in the "result" field other than "passed" (i.e. "failed" or "violation")

These should only work as a failsafe, as the monorail issue-creation feature should act as primary way of notifying people about both policy violation and persistent audit failures.
