Chrome Printing Blank Pages

Reported by supo...@seens.com.br, Sep 21 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Reinstallation
2. Deleted Google folder from C:\Users\User\AppData\Local
3. Tried printing from Ctrl + Shift + P
4. Tried to change printer settings and prefferences

What is the expected behavior?
Print as shown in the preview

What went wrong?
Blank pages come everytime

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 60 Channel: stable
OS Version: 7
Flash Version:

I've tried everything. Chrome keeps printing blank pages. There are two computers showing this behavior, both running Windows 7 x64.
When I deleted the Google folder at C:\Users\User\AppData\Local and installed Chrome again it worked and the prints were going fine.
Couple of hours later the issue started to happen again and it won't stop printing blank pages.
All the pages are blank, it is not a matter of one or another.

Sorry guys, I made a mistake while filling "steps to reproduce the problem". I thoght it was to describe the steps I took to try to Solve the problem.
But the symptoms are well described.

suporte@, Thank you for the report. Can you please try it on M61 chrome stable and see still this is an issue?
It might be helpful to know what you are trying to print, and what printer you are trying to print to.

If you are using ctrl + shift + p, are you bypassing the print preview dialog altogether?
The printer is a Kyocera Km-2820 connected by network.
I'm trying to print web pages.
The problem happens using both Ctrl + P, and Ctrl + Shift + P, with or without the preview is the same.

OK, so if you visit chrome://version, and press ctrl + p to bring up the print preview, is the print preview blank? Or it it the case that the print preview is ok, but the actual print out on paper is blank?
The Preview is always ok, the paper is always blank
Just to confirm, even chrome://version prints out blank?

If you choose "Save as PDF" instead of the Kyocera printer, is the saved PDF file blank? If you choose "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" instead, is the saved XPS file blank? Do you have another printer to try?
If I choose to save as pdf, the pdf is fine, not blank.
The problem with blank pages is happening with two computers, same printer.
The weird point is: with Firefox or IE the printing is going fine, the problem only happens when using Chrome.
I'll check chrome://version printing and I let you know.

Thanks. Can you answer the other questions in comment 8? How about XPS or another printer, if you have one?

Also, is it possible to direct connect the Kyocera printer via USB? If yes, can you see if that works better?
