Mouse cursor vanishes on tablet with mouse

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. work with chrome
2. randomly switch between touch and trackpad
3. mouse cursor stays away even when using trackpad

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
mouse cursor doesnt show up anymore randomly after some time. only way to fix this is to restart chrome.

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.91  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Dell Venue 11 Pro tablet with Intel HD5300 GPU (newest driver)

As we do not have Win10 touch enabled tablet at TE end to test this issue, adding TE-Hardware-Dependency label for help in further triaging.

What!? Did you even realize the issue here? The problem is, that Chrome hides the cursor when it detects a touch input, but then, forwhatever reason, doesn't show it again when you use a normal input device like a mouse (usb, bluetooth, trackpad) and the cursor stays hidden until you restart Chrome.
