[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Temporarily disable showing swarming task ids for try jobs |

Issue descriptionFor try jobs, in many cases many swarming tasks are involved, with only the first one being displayed as the link to swarming in the data point UI hover. However, this may be misleading due to only one of the swarming takss actually being responsible for running the tests. It's possible to pick a task that did not run tests whichi s misleading. 1. Temporarily remove the link to swarming from the data points. 2. Once the migration to using determine true pass rate pipeline is complete, re-enable showing a link to swarming that best represents the data point being examined.
