"Clear & reset" button for Location permission for default search engine does not do anything

Issue description

Repro steps:
1) On an Android device, open Chrome
2) Do a Google search
3) Select "Settings" from the app menu
4) Select "Site settings>Location"
5) Notice that location is allowed for https://www.google.com
6) Tap on the the https://www.google.com list entry
7) Tap the "Clear & Reset" button
8) Go back

Expected:
The button did something
Actual:
https://www.google.com is still listed as having access to Location on the "Location" page

Unable to reproduce the issue in Android. After Clicking on "Clear & Reset" button, observed the site got removed out from the page.

Steps Followed
1. Started Chrome
2. Navigated Bookmyshow.com
3. Navigated to "Site settings>Location"
4. Noticed that location is allowed for Bookmyshow.com
5."Clear & Reset" the Bookmyshow.com
6. After Clicking on "Clear & Reset" button, observed the site got removed out from the page.

Chrome versions tested
61.0.3163.98

OS
Android 8.0.0, 

Android Devices
8.0.0 Pixel Build/OPR1. 170623.027.

Sorry for the confusion. This bug only occurs when trying to "Clear & reset" the location permission for https://www.google.com (or a different site if a different site is your default search engine)

We suppress the prompt for granting location permission for the default search engine so it is likely that you granted https://www.google.com location permission on your device

Thanks for the report, but I believe this is WAI. The default value of the default search engine geolocation permission is "allow" (i.e. that is what you will get with a fresh install of Chrome). So "Clear and reset" should (and does) change the value to "Allow".
