VR: Cleanup element rendering in VrShellGl |

Issue descriptionVrShellGl has grown organically and there's a lot of element specific GL code that can be moved to the element itself. That is, each Element must know how to render itself and VrShellGl shouldn't have to worry about what its rendering.

We're about as done this as we can reasonably get, with our mix of elements and helper renderers. vr_shell_gl.cc is basically oblivious to the elements' details now. |
