Impossible to work offline with Chromebook

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.96.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.114 Safari/537.36
Platform: Platform	9592.96.0 (Official Build) stable-channel chell
