[Component Request] Removal of Internals>Network>SDCH

Project Member Reported by xunji...@chromium.org, Sep 21 2017

Issue description

1] Component Name: _Internals>Network>SDCH____

SDCH is disabled and unshipped from Chrome (blink-dev thread: https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!msg/blink-dev/nQl0ORHy7sw/HNpR96sqAgAJ)

We would like to remove this component (Internals>Network>SDCH) from bug tracker.

Doesn't that destroy historical context for the bug tracker? I agree with deprecating it, but I wouldn't remove it.

Can you still search for old labels, if you use quotes?
Good point. I had assumed that the removal of the component won't affect old bugs.
If that isn't the case, we want to only deprecate the component.

Jason - what happens when we delete a component? Can we do this and retain history?
Deleting a component will remove that component from all issues that currently mention it. So, yes, old issues are affected by removing a component.

I would recommend checking the Deprecated checkbox instead. That simply removes the component from the autocomplete menus. But, old issues are not effected.
Please check the "Deprecated" checkbox then. That will work for us. Thank you.
