Issue description1] Component Name: _Internals>Network>SDCH____ SDCH is disabled and unshipped from Chrome (blink-dev thread: https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!msg/blink-dev/nQl0ORHy7sw/HNpR96sqAgAJ) We would like to remove this component (Internals>Network>SDCH) from bug tracker.

Good point. I had assumed that the removal of the component won't affect old bugs. If that isn't the case, we want to only deprecate the component.

Jason - what happens when we delete a component? Can we do this and retain history?

Deleting a component will remove that component from all issues that currently mention it. So, yes, old issues are affected by removing a component. I would recommend checking the Deprecated checkbox instead. That simply removes the component from the autocomplete menus. But, old issues are not effected.
